Avance launches its dispute resolution and conflict management practice as Ulla Vuokila joins the firm as partner on 12 January.
Ms. Vuokila is recognized as one of the leading dispute resolution attorneys in the Finnish market, specializing in complex corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has twenty years of experience in advising both Finnish and foreign corporates in litigation matters. She regularly advises clients in a range of compliance related matters involving securities markets and anti-corruption, and is highly regarded in matters relating to corporate criminal liability and white-collar crime. Ulla is a member of the Finnish Bar and also a mediator accredited by the Finnish Bar Association.
