Avance advises LocalTapiola managed fund LähiTapiola Asuntorahasto Prime Ky in the divestment of a portfolio of ten prime residential properties with altogether 547 apartments and a lettable area of 28,000 sqm to OP-Rental Yield special investment fund. The properties were built between 2014 and 2016 and are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, as well as in the major university cities Tampere, Turku and Jyväskylä.
