Avance advises LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management Ltd in the divestment of an approximately EUR 80 million prime residential portfolio from the Tapiola KR IV Ky fund to Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) advised by Capman Real Estate. The portfolio consists of seven assets located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and includes all in all 356 apartments with a total area of 18,781 sqm.
