Avance advises Mehiläinen in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Vetrea Terveys Oy from Osuuskunta KPY. Vetrea Terveys Oy’s and its group companies’ business operations comprise the provision of different housing and rehabilitation services and altogether employ approximately 600 professionals in Finland. In connection with the transaction, Vetrea Terveys Oy will sell its rehabilitation service business to Live Foundation.
Completion of the transaction requires the approval of the competition authorities.
