Avance advises Metso Corporation (listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki) in the divestment of its head office property as well as the related lease of new head office premises. The divested head office is located at Fabianinkatu 9 in Helsinki and the buyer is Genesta’s Nordic property fund. Metso will continue as a tenant at the premises until the anticipated move in December to refurbished premises in Sanomatalo, located in Helsinki’s city center.
