Avance advised NCC Property Development in the acquisition of the KY Building from the Foundation for Business Students in Aalto University. The well-known 80-year old building is located in Pohjoinen Rautatienkatu 21 in the Helsinki City Centre and has served as the hub of business student culture and at the same time provided retail and entertainment services as well as student apartments and office space for its users.
The historic building will be renovated into multifunctional office and retail space, with renovation works starting during 2021.
