Avance advises NCC Property Development in the divestment of two retail projects to a fund managed by Niam. The Suurpelto shopping centre In Espoo opened in November 2017 and the Laajasalo shopping centre in Helsinki is under construction and planned to open in November 2018. The combined transaction value is approx. EUR 54 million.
