Avance advised NCC Property Development in the sale of the Keilaniemi Next office building to a fund administered by German Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate. When the building is completed in late 2021, it will become the headquarters of Fiskars Group and it is fully let for 12 years.
The building has 9 floors and approximately 10,000 m2 of floor area. The design for Keilaniemi Next was based on creating an inspiring and unique office building, which will serve as an architectural landmark for those arriving in Keilaniemi from the ring road Kehä I.
