Avance advises NCC in the sale of the Fredriksberg D office project to a fund managed by abrdn. The transaction is based on an underlying property value of approx. EUR 75 million.
NCC has developed the Fredriksberg office project in four phases, with the first three buildings having already been completed and sold. Fredriksberg D is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
