Avance advises NCC Property Development in the sale of its Fredriksberg office project in Helsinki for approx. SEK 460 million to a Swiss Life property fund.
The project covers a total of approx. 9,000 square meters of lettable area for offices and retail, and is the first of a total of four phases. After the sale, NCC has an additional approx. 31,000 square meters that can be developed in connection with the project.
