Avance advises Nordisk Renting, a Nordic property-owning company, in connection with its long-term lease arrangement with YIT Corporation, a Finnish listed construction company, concerning an office property of approximately 30,000 sqm located in Helsinki.
The leased premises are used as the group headquarters of YIT, into which Lemminkäinen Corporation, another Finnish listed construction company, merged on 1 February 2018. The lease arrangement also includes the financing of the refurbishment works to be carried out in the premises.
