Avance advises Nordisk Renting in relation to the acquisition of a 2,414 sqm industrial property located in Eteläportti, a modern industrial service center located near the center of Jyväskylä leased out to Lassila-Tikanoja under a long-term lease agreement. The construction project led by the property developer Aveon was completed in July 2021.
