Avance advises Nordic real estate investment company NREP in the sale of four recently developed retail properties in Espoo, Tampere and Nurmijärvi. The buyer is Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate (eQ Liikekiinteistöt) and the purchase price is approx. EUR 74 million.
