Anders has broad experience and expertise in a range of M&A, capital markets and venture capital transactions. He has been involved with many of the largest cross-border M&A transactions in the Finnish market, with a particular focus on private equity, infrastructure, technology and media. Recognized both by market participants and international legal directories for his exceptional project management and execution skills and commercial acumen, Anders has become a trusted advisor to many of the firm’s core clients.
