Avance advises Posti Kiinteistöt, a subsidiary of state owned Posti Group Corporation, leading provider of e.g. postal, logistics and e-commerce services, in the divestment of the 74,000 sqm Pennala 2 logistics centre property located in Orimattila. Posti Group will continue its business operations in the property with a long-term lease.
