Avance acted as lead counsel for Mikeva group in connection with refinancing of Mikeva Oy and its subsidiaries. The refinancing was implemented by using a complex financing structure including unitranche facilities and accompanying super senior revolving credit facilities.
Mikeva group provides care, rehabilitation and residential services for mental health, elderly care, disabled care and child and youth segments and operates 97 residential homes across Finland.
