Avance advises Regenero, a joint venture of YIT and HGR Property Partners, in its acquisition of Fortum’s current headquarter properties in Keilaniemi. The target comprises Fortum’s high-rise building and the Keilalampi office building, as well as unused residential building right. Fortum will vacate the properties and Regenero’s target is to develop the area to create a mix-used urban environment near excellent public transportation connections.
