Avance advises Regenero, a joint venture of YIT and HGR Property Partners, in the sale of the Accountor Tower, Keilalampi and Keilaniemenranta pavilion properties in Keilaniemi to an international investor. The Accountor Tower is due to be completed and transferred to the new owner in December 2019, whereas Keilalampi and the Keilaniemenranta pavilions will be completed and transferred to the new owner towards the end of 2020.
