Avance advises re:mount group, a leading Finnish renovation construction group, in its acquisition of PC-Saneeraus Oy.
The acquisition expands re:mount group’s operations to renovating offices in addition to apartments. Following the completion of transaction, re:mount’s annual turnover will reach more than EUR 100 million.
Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities and other customary closing conditions.
