Avance advises Ruukki Construction, a subsidiary of SSAB, in the divestment of its Building Systems business to Donges Group, owned by the German-based investment company Mutares. The Building Systems business specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of building frame, envelope and bridge structures, employs some 500 persons and had sales of around SEK 1.1 billion in 2018. The transaction is subject to the approval by relevant competition authorities.
