Serena Properties AB and Trophi Fastighets have bought five properties in a portfolio deal where Serena bought three and Trophi two properties. The properties comprise a total lettable area of 38,000 square metres and the properties are located in Helsinki, Lohja, Kokkola, Kemi and Pieksämäki. The largest tenants are Kesko – K-Group, S-ryhmä / S Group and JYSK. Avance advises the seller in the transaction.
