Avance strengthens its dispute resolution practice as Salla Suominen joins the partnership on 11 January. Salla has long-standing experience in litigating commercial, corporate and director liability disputes. Salla is also a highly regarded insolvency practitioner, having advised sponsors, creditors and other corporate clients in bankruptcy, complex corporate restructuring and other distress situations. As her competence covers reorganization of financing structures and arrangements, she will be a strong support to Avance’s finance practice.
