Avance advises Sanoma Corporation in the sale of real estate located in Vantaa.
Sanoma has sold its Sanomala printing facility and office properties located in Martinlaakso, Vantaa as well as office and production properties located in Koivuvaara, Vantaa. Sanoma will remain as a lessee in the properties, with a long-term contract regarding the Sanomala facility. The total value of the transactions is around EUR 65 million.
