US healthtech company GE Healthcare will launch a digital healthcare program in Helsinki with a significant investment from the Finnish Government’s innovation funding agency Tekes. Avance advised the Ministry of Employment and the Economy and related institutions in the creation of the program which will see a total investment of EUR 28.5 million mainly focused on development of wireless and mobile healthcare solutions. The investment further emphasizes the growing momentum of the Finnish healthtech industry and is expected to attract new talent and investments to the area.
