Avance advises Sirius Capital Partners and its newly established affiliate in the acquisition of a portfolio of 4 residential buildings from eQ’s residential fund, Oivat Kaupunkikodit Ky. The value of the portfolio is approx. EUR 45 million, and it comprises 251 apartments and approx. 10,000 sqm.
The transaction is the first acquisition of Sirius’ newly established residential vehicle.
