Avance advises Synsam, the leading optical retailer in the Nordic region, in the execution of its multi-acquisition based expansion strategy in Finland.
The six add-on acquisitions carried out during Q1 and Q2 2015, which build on the platform acquisition completed in July 2014, take the number of stores owned by Synsam in Finland up to 39.
Synsam is owned by funds managed by CVC Capital Partners.
