Avance advises Tradeka-Yhtiöt Oy in the acquisition of A-Katsastus Group, the leading vehicle inspection, driver’s examinations, and other license services provider in Finland, from MB Funds and management. A-Katsastus Group’s total revenue in 2019 was €68 million and the company employs approximately 800 persons.
Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
