Avance advises Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) in the disposal of its 34% stake in the Jumbo shopping centre in Helsinki to current co-owner Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. The net disposal price is EUR 248.6 million.
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is the premier global developer and operator of flagship shopping destinations, with a portfolio valued at EUR 65.2 billion as at 31 December 2018.
