Avance advises YIT, HGR and Regenero in the sale of the 26,000 square metre Tietotie 6 property in Otaniemi, Espoo to Special Investment Fund eQ Care (AIF).
The property is fully let to the city of Espoo with long-term leases and will upon its completion accommodate both school and office premises.
