Avance advised YIT in the sale of part of a hybrid block in the city centre of Lahti to OP-Public Services Real Estate Fund.
The target has a total leasable area of nearly 7,000 square metres and has recently undergone a significant renovation. The value of the transaction is approximately EUR 16.5 million.
