This is how I became a member of #avanceteam

I had set eyes on Avance while I was still working at another law firm. I thought to myself, if I ever had to leave and apply to somewhere else, I would apply to Avance.

Memorable moments during my career at Avance

I experienced my first Alpine ski trip with Avance, and it was the most memorable moment of my life! Not only the spectacular views, but the experience of traveling with my colleagues and spending time outside the office.

I enjoy my time at Avance because

People are great and there are no “bad apples”. You can sit in lounge area during lunch for an hour and have a nice chat with anyone from the office.

My typical day at work

I assist the dispute resolution and tax teams with all kinds of things. Not a single day is another one’s copy and it’s hard to describe a typical day, but the work includes ordering documents from various authorities, proofreading and editing documents, administrative duties, and document management.

Remember that this is a customer service work! A can-do attitude is the most important, the rest will follow.
