Eino focuses on M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and corporate real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross-border investments and transactions. He also frequently advises clients on transactional and other key aspects of employment law, including employee transfers and incentivization. Eino has versatile experience from representing acquirers, sellers, sponsors, investors, and targets in a variety of transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, capital raising transactions, and other corporate matters. Eino is also admitted to the New York Bar, and he has gained international experience working as a corporate attorney at the New York headquarters of a leading international law firm.
