In addition, Eino has versatile experience from sophisticated joint venture, corporate finance and corporate real estate matters, in particular cross-border transactions and investments. Eino is admitted to the New York Bar, and he has gained international experience working as a corporate attorney at the New York headquarters of a leading international law firm.
