Avance advises funds managed by CVC Capital Partners in the acquisition of Paroc Group, the leading stone wool insulation producer in the Nordic and Baltic regions, from its existing institutional shareholder group for an enterprise value of approximately EUR 700 million. Headquartered in Helsinki, Paroc has a pan-European sales presence, supported by nine production facilities in Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Poland and Russia. The completion of the transaction is subject to receipt of customary competition clearances.
