Avance advises Danske Bank in its capacity as the Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner for the directed share issue of Gofore Plc, carried out as an accelerated bookbuilding, in which Gofore issued 1,000,000 new shares raising EUR 19 million. In connection with the offering, certain founder-shareholders simultaneously sold a portion of their shareholding.
Gofore is a Finland-based digital transformation consultancy. The company transferred from Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland to the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki in March 2021. Avance also advised Danske Bank in its capacity as the financial advisor of Gofore Plc in connection with the listing.
