Avance advised eQ Finnish Real Estate Fund in the sale of the 6,200 square meter Aalloppi property in the centre of Järvenpää to OP-Public Services Real Estate Fund.
The property was built in 2010 and is mainly leased to public sector and healthcare operators such as Aava and Pikkujätti, as well as to S Group, which operates a grocery store in the property.
