Avance advises Schroder Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft MBH’s Nordic Real Estate Fund, a fund managed by Schroders, in its EUR 60 million acquisition of an office property in Helsinki (Vilhonvuorenkatu 11) from Genesta Nordic Baltic Real Estate Fund I. The transaction is one of the largest single asset property transactions in Finland this year.
