Avance advises the founders and investors of juice and smoothie chain Jungle Juice Bar (Smoothie Heaven Oy) in the sale of a majority interest to Vaaka Partners. The transaction is expected to be consummated during July 2017.
The Jungle Juice Bar chain has been founded in 2010 and specializes in healthy juices and smoothies. Currently, there are 21 Jungle Juice bars in nine different cities around Finland.
