Avance advises North European growth capital investor Verdane in the EUR 25 million financing round of HappyOrNot Oy, a global market leader in real-time customer and employee satisfaction tracking. HappyOrNot has nearly 4,000 clients, such as airports, supermarkets and restaurants, utilising its ‘Smiley’ feedback system in 135 countries.
The financing round ranks among the largest venture capital financing rounds in Finland. In addition to its primary investment, Verdane also purchased shares from current shareholders of the company.
Verdane invests in high-growth and tech-enabled business in industries such as e-commerce, software, energy technology and advanced industrial systems in Northern Europe.
