Nelli focuses on corporate and commercial dispute resolution cases heard before both general courts and arbitration tribunals with a special focus on insurance related disputes. In addition, she advises clients in court proceedings and matters relating to corporate criminal liability. Nelli also regularly advises clients on questions related to insurance regulation as well as general commercial and contractual matters.
Nelli acts as Chairman of the Finnish Association of Young Lawyers.
Represented a real estate investment company against a multinational warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurer in a post-transaction dispute related to the seller’s breach of disclosure and the coverage of the W&I insurance.
Represented a trade association in a dispute against a listed company, relating to unfair market practice under the Act on the Regulation of Contract Terms between Businesses (1062/1993).
